This Class uses Christy’s favorite tools to help balance the 7 Chakras. Chakra is Sanskrit word for “wheel,” and when the energy wheels are balanced, homeostasis is experienced in the body. You will learn how to place specific-colored healing Crystals on the 7 Chakra Centers, and how to use a Selenite wand to both cleanse and “charge-up” these Energy Centers. Advanced techniques will be added to help you understand what emotions linger in each Chakra Center, and how to use healing touch and loving suggestion to help clear those emotions.
